Chosen Solution
My tab has been playing up and i cant do anything on it as the screen does not focus. The screen is purple and then lines come across it when i finally unlock the tab. It gets worse when i open an app and the screen just flickers and i cant see anything. Is there some way it can be fixed?
Sounds like a loose connection with the LCD ribbon To fix remove the back cover and make sure the LCD thin strips are properly plugged in. The black strip will say STI_LCD On it.
