I left my iPhone 5s in my room and when i got back the screen was red with black lines in the middle. But the sound and the touch both work. For example i can type in my password and i can go in any app that i want but i just can’t see the screen i press by guess. what should I do?
I think it is the proximity camera flex, First of all hold power and home button for 15 seconds to reset. If this still persists: Open up the iPhone and disconnect the 3 flex cables from the motherboard, re-sit them and then turn your phone on again. hope this helps.
