I googled this question and it says my battery is dead therefore my Fitbit is broken? Is there any way I can pay for a replacement battery rather than an entirely new Fitbit?
katie sclafani if it is an Alta then it should still be covered under warranty. If it is not an Alta you have to give us more information about your model.
