I was looking something up on internet when the screen flashed black and the whole tablet went crazy vibrating and then screen flashed solid white and won’t do a thing.
Sounds like your device crashed had this happen to my last cellphone. Was able to turn it “off” but it continously vibrated unless battery was removed. I called the manufacturer talked to there tech dept and they walked me through several different reset methods until one worked sometimes they have to reset on there end? I hope this is helpful
