I have a problem in my OALE X2 smart phone. when i insert sim in sim tray its not detected.. when i went to repair shop the technical person said that its software related issue not hardware so what kind of software issue it is? Waiting for answers. Thank u
I believe this phone bas 2 sim card slots. If that’s the case they the other slot. The pictures on google suggest one sim slot is perpendicular to the other and that is where the memory card goes also. Try this before contacting the manufacturer
