The sound turns off and on and when we plug ear buds into roku remote it crackles a little. What to do? Is my board bad?
@cmoorebutts could be the audio IC on your main board. You do want to disconnect all inputs. Then connect a local input source like a DVD player etc. only and see if the sound is now better. If not we will need the complete model number for you TV to try and assist you further.
