Chosen Solution
I only had this phone for 5 days and the day I brought it home, it quit working through making or receiving calls, it’s a very annoying issue and I am beyond frustrated with trying to figure it out, the person I speak to can hear me but I cannot hear them and the only way I can hear someone is thru speakerphone. How can I fix this issue without having to pay more money or having to replace the phone, any help would be appreciated thanx :)
Return it. When a device breaks after only five days it’s going to be problematic for a long time. You can try talking to an LG tech support also. Also check that your media volume is turned up.
Having same probablem but ive only had my phone for 3 days…… So sad this is my first phone …..
