Chosen Solution
So I recently replaced my switch’s battery thinking that was the issue because it wouldn’t charge or turn on while leaving it. When I received the new battery I noticed the switch turned on and as well as charged. I did some cleaning up and all of a sudden my battery was at 20% with the charger being in the console (OEM charger). I have no idea what It could be, I tried moving the batter to another switch and it changed correctly.
I’m thinking either bad M92T charging chip or USB-C charging socket is damaged and may need to be replaced. When you noticed the battery was charged and the switch turns on were you able to play games and was the switch working fine if it was being used at that time?
