Chosen Solution
I got my Xbox second hand and periodically it will freeze up and stop, I’ve factory reset it, hard and soft restarts, even opened it up and cleaned it. Nothings worked… it’s a little better now than it was but it’s still a pain. I was thinking about trying to clear my cached data but I’m pretty sure that already happens when it resets, maybe it’s a fragged hard drive but honestly I’m at a loss… any help is appreciated
Hi Lucas! It looks like your harddisk is broken… The best thing to do, is to replace the harddisk for a new one. I suggest to upgrade to a SSD (500GB minimal - 2TB is max).
