My duoduogo tablet is saying over voltage when it is not connected to a charger no idea why this is happening.
@shaz89 this “when it is not connected to a charger” would prompt me to replace the battery first. You may have a failed smart battery that is sending a wrong message to your tablet. Since your Tablet is a bit off-brand we cannot give you detailed instructions on how to get to the battery. Double check to see if the back cover pops off etc.
