While I use my tablet the screen turns off automatically and the screen blinks and it shuts down automatically and restarts again….after I use it for a while again it does the same manner
@Philip Judson Try starting and using the tablet in safe mode and check if it works OK. If it does then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed and didn’t come already installed with the tablet To boot into Safe Mode, first hold down the power button until the boot menu appears. Then, hold down the “Restart” option until a window appears that confirms if you would like to boot into Safe Mode. Select “yes” or “ok”, and allow the tablet to restart.
