I have tried re-enabling the touch pad with the function keys but it still does not work. How can I get it working again?
Your touch pad may be disabled. Try pressing the fn key and f9 simultaneously to re-enable it. If that does not work, you can also try following our troubleshooting guide.
use a external mouse temporarily to get to the device manager and then see if its disabled in that list. you can also navigate with your touchscreen . sometimes it may also show a icon at the bottom right corner for your trackpad. you can try and tap on that and re-enable it. :)
