Hi good day, Need your advise on the below. My iPhone touch screen has been giving some intermittent issues with the touch screen. From time to time it becomes unresponsive and I have to lock the screen and reopen for it to start working again. This happens very frequently and I realize that the only way to get it to respond is by locking the screen and reopening by pressing the power button on the side. I restarted the device multiple times and even did a factory reset but the issues still persist.
What do you believe is the cause of this ?
