My touchscreen suddenly froze and won’t respond when I touch it or push any of the buttons.
You try restarting the phone and if it is still not working back up your data and do a factory reset, or try turning off the phone and letting it charge for at least 15 minutes then turning it back on.
i am also facing the same problem!!!
press power +main button+volume up then reset restart done
