The TV is stuck on one channel that I can’t click away from, or change the menu, volume, or even the input. I have to unplug it to turn it off and back on and when it does turn back on, after the logo goes away it goes back to the same channel and I can’t fix it.
@strawberrybelll that is indeed a strange one. Going by what you are describing it does sound like an issue with either the IR board or the button bar. The Main board is an unlikely possibility as well. We would need to know the exact model number for your TV to get more information on this error
