USB ports are not responding even when i restart my computer, i tried to reinstall drivers still they are not responding
first you must update your bios .. then if not you must pull out the MB and test the voltage if there is 3v and 5v thats mean the usb ic is damaged you must replace it any further question upload pics i will guide you
