The tv power on, with sound but white screen display it on trying to come up with logo but the light go dim
@josieoba This “white screen display it on trying to come up with logo but the light go dim” most like would not be a T-con board issue. A white screen with sound is caused by no video received. this could be a video scalar issue as well as other things on your main board. I’d start with that before replacing the t-con board

Yup i got the same issue last night ..i had sound but the screen just went all white..all my research points to a bad Tcon board…shopjimmy.com has them as well as 3rd parties off amazon for about 20 bucks used like new. I ordered mine today and ill let u know if it fixes the problem on saturday 8/31/18……ok its now saturday 8/31/18 i got the new tcon board in the mail today and intalled it. My T.V. is fixed !!!…thank go cuz i was using 13 inch in place of my 55 inch…
