I’ve noticed for a while now that my Vizio TV screen will go black after a while. There is still sound and from the bit of research I’ve done I’ve tried to put a flashlight up to the screen and I can still see picture, but I need a flashlight very close to the screen in order to barely see it. I’ve read online that I will need to exchange the power inverter inside of the TV? I’ve got no problem trying to tinker inside the TV as I have experience building PCs, opening stuff up etc. I found some power inverters on Ebay I believe? I just want to make sure that this is the right move or if it’s the bulbs going out - I want some further information on the problem in general. The model of the TV is the P602ui-B3 and the TV version is V1.5.16-UHD I’ve done a system reset of the TV and I am currently letting YouTube play for an extended period of time to see if that fixed the issue? Simply trying to have more discussion about it. Thank you!

Colton, Vizio can be a pain in the neck. Do not just go ahead and replace the power supply. Measure the output voltages to the backlight LED and let us know what voltages you get. Vizio is know for bad backlight strips as well as bad connectors on the power board.
