Why Is My Washing Drum Is Completely Moving Freely Washing Machine

I have a Samsung WF8602NGS washing machine and the drum is completely loose, like it is completely detached.. what could this be and is it fixable please help

Hi, Don’t know the machine but with most washers they have suspension rods and springs which hold the drum in place. Check and see if they are still attached to the frame.
