I recently replaced the heating element, fuses and thermostat on my whirlpool duet dryer. The heat ran fine for a couple of loads and now there is no heat. I’m at a loss. Please help
Hi, Here’s the tech sheet for the dryer, that should help. It details how to run the diagnostic tests (see p.2) which may tell you what’s wrong. Also on p.14-15 Test #4 Heater it describes how to test the components associated with heating using an Ohmmeter, including the outlet thermistor which you didn’t mention
