well i have an Xbox one S that will not update or download games or apps at all an will not start the update like its frozen but not so i can do anything at all on my xbox but updates, downloads and play games if you have the time please let me know whats the problem please and thank you
Nobody knows why your system fails, we have no knowledge of its history, we can’t even see it. You do the initial troubleshooting first.
