I am having problems opening my internet browser. When I open my search engine on my phone, it goes to a blank screen and says “Unable to connect to network”
First, make sure that the proper antennnas are enabled (cellular data/ wifi are separate) this can be found in the network settings. Next, check that you are in a service area. The phone’s signal meter in the top bar will signify signal strength or no service.
Am having the same problem what must I do ive been of for 3 days now
