Only one side of the brush bar is rotating when in use.
The brush bar axle has broken. Mine broke also due to a bunch of hair wrapped around axle (daughter has long hair). It is a piece less than 2 inches long, 1/4 inch round. Has a screw on each side allowing for easy replacement. Problem is…I cannot seem to find the brush bar parts sold separately.
