My headphones are only playing music normally out of one side of the headphones and the other side is only playing the music very dimly so I can barely hear it. Any suggestions of how to fix?
the cables for the headphones are so thin(several for each, left/right) and if the headphones are twisted and rolled one or two of the cables are broken so they no longer transmit the signal well. for a test use them in another device and if you have no problems then it is with the unit you are using them now.
