Chosen Solution
I had accidentally dropped my phone earlier today, and after a few hours, part of the screen would not respond when I tried to touch it. Only the bottom right hand corner is working and responding. I had my phone screen replaced about a year ago but recently it began popping out slightly and went back to normal with a little pressure of pushing it back in. My phone screen is also cracked, but this was before I had dropped it today. I would restart my phone, but I’m afraid of nothing changing and being locked out because I won’t be able to type in my password again. The only way i can get into my phone is with my fingerprint. Please help me. Is this just a simple glitch or do I have to replace my screen again?
This happened to be as well but I didn’t drop or crack it. If you used a 3rd party screen like me. I think it’s just the screen being not that durable, so I’m sure replacing it will fix the problem. But take it to the store to be sure.
