iPhone4 A1332 Just replaced battery with ifixit battery. Phone, not the battery though, got very hot right away. Battery discharged quickly and when it got below 10%, connected to charger. Then everything got hot. Charged up to about 40%, then let it cool off. Then charged a little, cooled a little, etc. until 100% charged. Disconnected from charger and within 30 minutes with phone asleep, battery had discharged to less than 90%. None of this was happening before replacing the dead battery. Please advise.

@kevenkadel if it did not happen before you replaced the battery, replace it once more. Do not try to charge your phone until you replace it. Also make sure that when you replaced it that there is not pry damage on the board. Check the components around the connector. For the battery replacement contact ifixit on here.
