Pto engages then after a few minutes it shuts down. Needs cool time then starts up again. Can only cut lawn intermittently.
Mine did the same. It was a bad spark plug. The other 2 things is a bad ignition coil or battery. Have advanced auto,auto zone or any automotive store test the load on the battery. It could read 12.5volts but have a dead cell not giving it enough amps.
