my samsung is not turning the safe mode of we do not no how to do it

  1. Remove the battery while the device is on.
  2. Leave the battery out for 1-2 minutes. (I usually do 2 minutes to be sure.)
  3. Place the battery back into the S II.
  4. Push in the Power button to turn on the phone.
  5. Let the device power on as normal, without holding any buttons. Your device should no longer be in Safe Mode.
