Why is my screen black and my keys dont work on my Acer chrome book c720?
The ribbon most likely popped out slightly from the back of the screen. Look for instructions on iFixit on how to replace your screen (even though you’re not replacing it) and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I hope this helps.
