Chosen Solution
All sounds are stopping and starting or not working at all. Had no accidents and not been dropped or anything to damage. Have only tried restarting and switching on and off also have already been updated.
i have not personally experienced this issue with the M4 Aqua, however, in the blackberry Classic, i have had this issue multiple times, and it was a loose headphone jack connection. this caused it to constantly thing someone was plugging in, and removing a headset. It may not be your issue, however, it may bea grounds to start with
