When I play games the R or the L button doesn’t work so as a result I can’t even play some of my games. Sometimes when I press the A button it doesn’t work. when I touch a letter on the touch screen it chooses a different letter.

If you have any technical experience (the one is rough) then go ahead and depress the springs/plating of the buttons by removing all the hidden screws on the bottom part of the 3DS. While you’re at it, get a new digitizer for your bottom screen as that one’s trashed. Put it all back together and remember, Pokemon is just a game.
