Within the last week my Samson Tab 3 has been completely charged within an hour but discharges fully in 10 minutes. Previously it took several hours (6-7) to charge fully and I would not have to charge it for a day. I purchased this tablet not quite 3 years ago.
it seems as if you have a dead battery. every device eventually loses its ability to charge and keep a charge. when your battery is draining fast that is usually a sure indication that you need a new battery. I hope that this helps and you are able to get a new battery soon
