Why Is The Charge Port Not Working Ipod Touch 4Th Generation

My ipod 4s charge port isn’t working I think its because the copper little string things in the charge port are bent.

mjorg “little string things bent” is a pretty good indication of why it is not working. The dock connector will have to be replaced in order for it to work again. This will require some very delicate soldering. If you do not have the tools or the skills to do that, send it to somebody that does micro soldering.
