Why Is The Control Menu Always On The Screen Samsung Television

When I turn on the TV (UE65NU7100), after a few minutes the control menu comes up. The menu keeps scrolling between the buttons and remains permanently on the screen. How do I get this menu off the screen?

I don’t know that TV, but generally, there is a RETURN or OK button on the remote. Since your question seems to indicate that it comes up without pressing any buttons, then it may be an internal problem or one with the remote. I would bury the remote and turn it on manually just to see if it appears without the remote present. If so then it is an internal issue which will require disassembly. First, inspect the main board and other control boards for bad caps. Then you have to determine which board controls it and replace it.
