Why Is The Controller Port Not Working Atari 2600

My 4 switch “Darth Vader” Atari 2600 controller PORT is not working ,what should I do I’ve tried multiple controllers no result and all the pins are there ???

@ad155675 use this teardown to get to your motherboard. then use a multimeter and the attached schematic to check your ports. J202 and J203 are the controller ports.
