Chosen Solution
I did the little I could to solve the problem but the error message continued popping up. I tried troubleshooting but it didn’t help. I cannot understand what went wrong. This happened while I was updating my windows 10. For the same, I even did a complete clean boot up and updated windows 10 again but it didn’t work helped me either. Please help me out to get to the solution. Thanks.
check the volume , Check if the sound driver updates, if not , install the old version driver setup under compatibility mode , right click on the setup» properties » compatibility mode » windows 7 wit service pack 1, check on the hp site for the latest deivers
