Why Is The Game Not Working But It Reads The Disc Playstation 3 Slim

The PlayStation 3 reads the disc when I log on but it doesn’t play the game and sometimes it doesn’t read the game… What do I do??? I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. Please help

@lusi123 it is possible that your laser is either dirty or has failed. You could try a commercially available lens clean, i.e. Maxell makes a brushless / dry Blue-Ray/HD-DVD cleaner. Or you could try this. If none of that works, consider changing the laser lens or the drive itself If nothing else, try to contact the game console guru
