Chosen Solution
I went to reset my phone using find my iphone as my lock button is broken. I backed up my ipohne and when i erased it it rebooted. Now it has the powering off icon frozen and it has been frozen for 7 hours and i have tried everything.
put into DFU mode and restore, sounds like a software glitch or you have maxed out your memory.
