When I pull the cord it is not engaging the starter. The cord pulls and retracts, but the starter is not being engaged. Is it the pull start?
Hello Joshua. My best guess is that the clutch between the pull start mechanism and the motor has a problem. There are a few youtube videos on the subject that might help. Good luck.
