Chosen Solution
the screen flickers and jumps. It is unreadable. If i press the apple insignia on the upper left hand corner it will stop. Any suggestions?
Could be a number of things, depending on the year. It is most likely the LCD or LCD cable, or the screen has been damaged (if it is a newer Retina model). It is most likely the LCD if you put pressure on it, and it stops. Let me know the year, and I can give you further instructions on how to diagnose this. Also a picture/video showing the issue would be great.
