The screen on my friends s7 has turned into a magnet, giving off a magnetic pull, that if you put any magnetic material nxt to it you can feel the magnetic force between the phones screen and the object, have never seen or heard of this before, so was wondering what it is?
@zeigal there is really nothing that could turn the AMOLED (LED screens in general) into a magnet. It would be interesting to find out what it is that you feel. May be you can give us a better description. If nothing else, use a thin sheet of paper and lay it over teh screen. The sprinle some metal filings over it and see if it does show an alignment of the filings showing the magnetic field. Let us know if this phone is still charging and if your friend is using the wireless charging
