Chosen Solution
Hi! I’ve had my SRS-X55 for about four months now and it’s been working like a dream. But in the last few weeks, when it’s connected to my Macbook via Bluetooth, I’ve been having a problem where the sound skips/cuts out for a second about once every four to five seconds. The sound is fine when I connect the speakers to my phone and the problem doesn’t seem to be associated with just one program either. I’ve tried unpairing and reconnecting, as well as a soft reset of my speaker. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks!
I have the same issue from my mac with the SRS-XB30.. Was there ever a resolution for this?
