Speaker is turning on but it doesn’t produce sound?

I would start by following the troubleshooting guide presented at p.12 of the user manual: No sound from SoundBar speakers• Connect the audio cable from your SoundBar to your TV or other devices.• Reset your SoundBar to its factory settings (in mute mode, quickly press AUX twice)• On the remote control, select the correct audio input.• Make sure that the SoundBar is not muted.
