When the trigger on the saw is pressed to turn it on, the button sticks and it stays on
That is a very dangerous situation. I would stop using the saw until it was repaired. If there’s no physical reason (crud or debris in the return) the switch is likely shorting out in the on position. If this answer is acceptable please remember to return and mark it.
