Our 2019 Sony Bravia 65” 900F has started to display a black bar with “muting” showing, although the TV isn’t muted. We can’t seem to get rid of it. What to do?
Try resseting the TV, And see if the problem fixed, I think you’ll find the reset option in “About TV “ section
