My Honda Accord has a very small amount of white smoke coming from the engine on the side by the fire wall. The smoke doesn’t have a pungent smell, nor is it very noticeable. I just replaced the power steering pump, but there’s a leak in the hose. I cleaned off the engine but it’s still smoking. The car is not overheating at all. Everything I find on the net shows a large amount smoke, but that’s not what I’m seeing. What could this be?
Oil or power steering fluid which is oil will smoke when it get extremely hot like on the engine block or the exhaust.
