Im assuming the kit has install instructions, as I can’t find them here. Perhaps this part is already in there, as the SSD that just went belly up was reporting temps via iStats for years… Can anyone clarify? thx!!! Update (10/04/2020) Yes, but why do I need it? The installer video never mentions it. There is already an SSD in there, albeit dead.
