Chosen Solution

I just got a BLU G5 smartphone a few days ago, and then today I just finished setting up my next phone, a BLU V70 (it wasn’t on the list of devices, so the question says Vivo 5 instead). Neither phone has a Gallery app installed, like every other unlocked android phone I’ve ever owned does. Instead, there is only Google Photos pre-installed; do they want you to use this as your default gallery app instead of an actual gallery app? Is there any way to get a default android gallery app that doesn’t automatically sync to the cloud? For the G5, I just installed a gallery app from the Play Store, but it’s annoying and has ads.

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks:)

Well, google does have a net worth bigger than the sun so some corporate interest games are definetely at play with phone companies. I’d recommend ‘‘simple galery’’, it’s pretty straightforward, no ads. What app are you currently using?
