Why Is There Only Netflix Audio And No Video Blu Dash X Plus

I have a BLU Dadh X Plus cell phone, I just downloaded Netflix however I am only getting audio and no video. I took off color correction but the problem still exist. Can any assist?

Have you tried reinstalling netflix and restarting the device? Do youtube videos work ok?

I did as you suggested: same issue. YouTube works fine though.
