Chosen Solution
I have these colored lines in my display after it dropped sadly. Everything seems to work fine if I can guess where the buttons are. Does anyone know what this problem is and where I can get someone to fix it? Also would it make sense to fix it, or just get a new one? Here is an image of my tablet:

You have “broken” the screen. The digitizer is separated from the glass. The fix is to get your screen replaced. Not sure where you located but there are many shops that can fix it. If you were near me, I’d say come on in and I will fix it.
